Thanks. Unfortunately for all of us, I understand that Roy has stopped taking orders for custom stocks. (not grips)

I may have to wear this one day at next year's SHOT Show just to see Jason drool

I spoke with him about this today and it is not that he has stopped taking orders for them, he is not taking on any new customers as the ones he has are keeping him very busy with repeat business. If you're already on the list you may be in good shape.

I know, I know, reviving a super old post. I was just wondering what Rob still thinks about the LW Colt now that he's had it a while. I'm about to plop down the money for the same package and wanted to know were there any regrets? Not regretting getting the package, more like "I should've added this, or I should've done that" to enhance the LW package. I'm doing mine on a USFA.

ps. I joined this forum just because of this thread. Your gun speaks to me. The one in Bowen's book, while extremely beautiful, is just "too much" with the heavy engraving and the gold inlay. Just not my taste, my guns get shot. Yours grabbed my attention, and my slush fund, as soon as I saw it.

Thanks,
Zac
