We are in the early stages of getting #2 raffled and or auctioned. During the Shot Show we met a number of fine people both in the industry and those of you who are members here at LTW. If we don't say it enough, thank you for the support of LTW and the site.

One of the people we were fortunate enough to meet was Mick Strider from Strider knives. Ted and I told him what LTW was and our goal in supporting children. Mick listened for about three minutes and said "I'm in....what can I do?" I told him at some point we would like to collaborate on a gun knife project. However, I had some original prints of the #2 gun pictured with a Strider. Mick looked at those and said something to the effect of "that if fu&#in' cool" Without hesitation he walked over to their display booth and pulled out a new Strider SMF. For those of you who have not personally handled a Strider they speak for themselves. The are the Hummer of knives. Anyway, it should go without saying that Mick is one of the good guys in our industry and we are looking forward to a long relationship with Strider knives.

Here is #2 with the Bulman Gunleather and the Strider SMF.

Having handled that pistol at SHOT, I can tell everyone that it feels as good as it looks.

Thanks to all involved! You did good.

Holy cripes is that a crew served folding kinfe? Thats a nice looking blaster maybe I'll be the lucky stiff that wins it. :D

I do have a question though. What happens if a southpaw wins the raffle? As a lefty I can appreciate the beautiful leather but that holster would be usless for a left handed shooter and it seems like a shame to break the pair up.

Watch for an announcement. Details will be posted as soon they are ironed out.

Then you'll have to give the entire package to a deserving right handed person, Badger.

I'm thinking.... maybe.... me....

It could happen but it would cost ya. I am thinking a sidewinder or two plus left handed leather. What, you thought I would role over and play dead for ya? :P

On the plus isde if I won some lucky righty would be getting some great leather without having to wait.

I saw LTW #2 picture on the front page of this site, does that means the raffle is coming near?

Trumpet- Your post made the "new" icon come up in the LTW Projects section, and I almost strained my mouse clicking finger trying to get here. I thought the raffle was beginning, and I was late.

But that's OK, because I forgot how long it's been since I saw the pics of this set, and how good it looked. Thanks for getting me to look.

But you got me wondering all over again about when this raffle will start.
