I just finished the case to go with the holster and mag pouch for the @1 project gun. The gun and leather will be shipped to Tim tomorrow.
Here are some photos of the finished leather.
Image

This photo shows the case open, and the Water Buffalo sleeve the holds the gun, and two magazines. The mags are stacked on top of each other, and separated by a strip of leather.
Image

The third photo shows the gun, in the sleave, inside the case.

Thanks guys! It sure took long enough. I've been playing around with that case for three weeks! I couldn't find the right hardware, so I had to go with a buckle, and strap. I sure hope the winner likes it..
Lou

DAMN!!! That's some fine looking leather!! I made the mistake of showing that to my wife; I think she is going to be calling you for a Lou Alessi purse, maybe I can you incorporate a holster into it and I can get her to carry my gun for me

WOW Lou it has all been said by all the great professionals here. Now from an old Michigan potato farmer.

That is one great piece of leather and I hope do to how it ws made and for what it will mean to the winner that you will never duplicate this again..

It's like a great painting once made can never be duplicated.

Geez Lou:
That stuff is awful purdy! Not only the variation in color but also my favorite exotic look, a variation in texture (exotic combined with smooth leather). VERY nicely done! Its new owner will be lucky indeed.

Thanks for all the kind words gentlemen. It certainly was a pleasure for me to be able to contribute to this project, and to be able to be associated with the likes of Chuck Rogers, Stan Chen, Mistro C.T. Brian, Ted Yost, (who is responsible for this thing even happening), and who could forget SGT Bailey!
My hero!

A very sincere thank you to all.. I really do appreciate it.
Lou
