Gary,
The idea behind making just one was a good one for the person who ends up with all this sfuff. Not a good idea if you are me who would love to have one of those! :P Just being selfish.

Lou,
I get called alot of things most weeks. Generally it is not Sgt. Bailey. :?

You guys are too much! I'm going to bed with a big head tonight
My wife says that's a dangerous thing.
By the way, I told her and my daughter to read and memorize all this stuff :D

I can't repeat here what her reply was!
Thanks a million guys.
Lou

Anyone else remember the old Abercrombie & Fitch? That is the kind of elegance in leather that I recall having seen there 50 years ago. But I don't think I saw anything there that was up to your standard.

I've got a beautiful little A&F 20 ga. double from the late 40's. Imagine my surprise when I went into the "new" A&F with my daughter - My how the product lines have changed

Lou,

You've got a right to have a bit of a 'big head'. (Make sure to pass that on to your wife) True craftsmanship is such a very rare thing in this age. It is a gift possesed by a rare few. We're lucky to have yourself and the other LTW guys gathered here in one place.

It's that level of craftsmanship that got me 'into' custom pistols and your leather for them in the first place.

Right. I still have some things I bought from the old Abercrombie & Fitch and still use them, although the clothing I bought fit me better then than it does now. That "attache" would go nicely with my Abercrombie & Fitch shooting stick, if the leather binding on the seat hadn't disintegrated, and with my tattersall hacking vest.

Ah... futile dreams and fantasies, but mine own.
