Hoping this isn't out of place. I have a few custom 1911's in various stages of development and was hoping to get a knife or two made with matching stocks. Knives can be fixed blade or folders. Anyone know of a good manufacturer or custom maker currently taking orders? I'm 6 months into a two-year deployment so the wait isn't an issue. I've been browsing the sites of some of the builders featured here, but none of them appear to be taking on new work. Any ideas? Website links appreciated either here or via PM. Thanks.

Without a gun, that flag you're waving may as well be white!

The knife I displayed with my "Howdah 1911" at SHOT is, I believe, available. I just sent it back to the maker, Chris Daigle at daigleknives.com.

Brad Duncan makes a flipper with regular 1911 grips. I think he will take an order
