I never cease to be amazed at your hand cut checkering. The perfection is inspiring! Obviously truing the front strap before checkering is part of that, but it is still immense skill at work to make the ends of horizontal serrations match perfectly on every row. My calibrated eye says accurate to .00005".

I recognize some of the tools (beavertail cutting fixture, mainspring housing fixture, frame holding fixture) and their uses, but others are not so obvious. If you have a moment to briefly name the tool and its specific use it would be appreciated.
