Just in is this Harms Custom Designs 640. Notice the front sight and sight channel. The guy is good if you need a piece to carry with confidence. The action is one that rivals a roller bearing I have on two other guns.

Enjoy. Just remember I am a novice with the camera.

Hey Terry - Nice 640! Is it yours, or up for grabs?

Ray is sending mine out this week, I've got a Delfatti holster for it just dying to be put to use.

I got mine back from Ray a couple of weeks ago. The only difference is that mine has a plain black front sight.
Great job, and a neat carry gun. I have an Alessi CQC/S to carry it in.

That looks like great work.

Sorry for the dumb question, but I'm not familiar with all of the small frame S&W revolver models. Was the front sight on that one originally pinned or was it an integral sight that's been converted?

The sight was made for the gun by the builder, it is not factory

Those sights look great.

Can you do anything with an older J-frame w/o pinned sight?

Mushinto,

Yes, I can do the same thing on an older one without the pinned in front sight. I would just have to cut the slot for the half moon under the sight and drill for the pin.

HK45ACP,

My contact information is in the link here at the bottom of my signature. I believe that Terry actually has this one available for sale if you want to contact him for an immediate delivery.

Thanks to all of the rest of you for the kind comments.

Best,

Ray Harms

Guys. This one is now in Houston. As with many, many, of the pieces of craftsmanship you see on these forums you know they will serve the owners well.

The new owner was very impressed with the sight system Ray used. The action was, smooth, crisp, and clean.
