I have scoured the Indy 1500 gun show from stem to stern my last two trips there looking for the old version of the Python (4 or 6 inch blue) which has "Python .357" rollmarked on the left side of the barrel.

Having come up emptyhanded, I am wondering if the new "Python Elite"
measures up (or even comes close) to the Pythons of old. Knowing the way things are done today, my guess would be that the old Pythons would make the new ones look bad by comairson.

Are there any snake handlers out there that can shed some light on this question??
