This custom 1911 package was the latest LTW project, for which the drawing was Dec. 1st 2021. The winner of this package has asked me to help him sell it. He is very much a 1911 guy but he is one that really, truly, uses the hell out of them. More info on the pistol, holster, mag / mac pouch, knife and sheath set can be seen here:

The custom 1911 market is hard to predict and understand sometimes. Prices generally go up of course; but it surprises me sometimes to see what prices are asked for certain guns. Other times, guns go for less than I would have expected. Like everything else I guess, it's about finding the guy who appreciates and wants it enough. Long way of saying I don't want to put a certain hard price on it. So, between now and March 10th I will have discussions by Email with anyone willing to go $5000 or more for the package. That is not saying "first $5000 takes it". I want someone to get a good deal on it, sure, but as it is the owner who has asked me to help him sell it, my first priority has to be for him to get as much as he can for it. To that end, this period until 3/10 will amount to me taking offers. To keep this simple and not spend too much valuable shop time on this, offers will be considered "sealed offers", in other words, I won't be feeding back to all what the high offer is. This is very informal-- if anyone wants to up their offer, fine, and if anyone needs to withdraw their offer, well there is certainly no obligation incurred by making an offer. After 3/10 whoever made the highest offer, if this person has to withdraw for any reason, nobody's going to get wadded up over it. Again: "informal". On the other side of that, I reserve the right to close this at any time for any reason including the owner telling me "oh what the hell, I'll keep it I guess", even after bids have been received. That's not gonna happen, but again-- key words, "for any reason". No one will lose anything but making an offer guarantees nothing, just like, well, everything else in life. The owner has agreed to take 10% of the sale price out and send it as a donation to Hunting With Heroes, the outfit that the raffling of the package benefited originally in December-- with fifteen grand!
