Will a holster with 1-1/2" loops work okay with a good 1-1/4" carry belt?

It will work but not as good as a proper size belt. It must be a good belt though. Double thickness is a must for a good secure fit

That happens with my setups quite often. Not a problem for me. Good stuff, meaning belts and holsters will make up for the 1/4". Give it a shot. If you have issues call Sweet Lou or Josh Bulman they can take care of it.
