Does anyone here have any info about Jerry Evans rigs? Good, bad or indifferent.

I don't have any first hand knowledge, but IIRC (and you can't totally trust my memory, since I'm getting old) it seems to me that a couple of years ago on 1911forum.com or pistolsmith.com there was a pretty lengthy thread on Haugen Leather. You might want to try a search there.

Although I have not seen Jerry's work in person, his holsters have received very positive reviews in the gun mags including American Handgunner, Combat Hangun and, I believe Handguns just to name a few. In addition, customer's posts I have read were very complimentary about their contacts with him.

I just received a Haugen Pro Carry in the mail for my Glock 21. Awesome holster, very well made, exactly what I wanted, and the choice of colors matched what was sent. I have absolutely no complaints. It is on par with most of the holsters I have seen at this price point, and truth be told, even a little better. I recently contacted Jerry about a multi unit order for the guys in my office, and he was great to work with. I give a thumbs up!

I have one of his Body Guard's. I carry my 1911 government in it daily. It's a very comfortable holster.
