We have some great big name makers on this forum such as Delfatti, Garrity, Lou - etc.

But I saw on the custom guns section a nice idea of giving some playing time to some of the lesser known smith.

i think we should do the same for the leather gurus

So if you make holsters or know some one who does - here is your chance to let the world know!!!

Not sure how "lesser" known they are, but FinDesign makes a great Kydex IWB for Glocks.

Most people have never heard of them when they see mine.

As for leather... I don't think it takes long before they are well known because there are a lot less leathersmiths than gunsmiths.

My nomination:

Mike Meredith of Pocket Concealment Systems (http://www.pcsholsters.com)

Mike is good friends with Lou Alessi, and despite the name, makes much more than pocket holsters. Top quality work from a guy who carries every day.

How about Sam Andrews in Florida (Andrewsleather.com). I saw one, most interesting, of his display at Orlando gun show. Salmon skin much to my surprise. Ease guy to do business with. I have two of his holsters, one was for a gift to my shooting friend, well received.

I've got a few rigs from Eric Larsen of HBE Leatherworks and like them quite a bit. His website is http://www.hbeleatherworks.com.

Mike Taurisano of Tauris Holsters in Utica New York. A friend gave me a shoulder holster he made for one of my S&W 10mms and it is an awesome rig!
