I recently had the opportunity to stop by Lou's shop in Amherst, NY and pick up an accessory for the Fieldmaster he had just finished for me. What a great guy and what a great holster. The swivel design of this rig is an absolute must for a handgun this size. Easy access to the securtiy snap makes the draw easy and quick. Lou is pretty busy right now with govt. orders but the wait is worth it. Please excuse the crappy pics and checkout those speed loader pouches!!

Great Job Lou, and thanks for making my day!!

Very Nice! However, my arms are too short to remove that long of a barreled pistol from the holster. LOL

So were mine until I got this rig. The handgun draws almost straight out once swiveled.

Harry...very nice rig...I'm certain that Inspector Callahan would be very pleased (I sure wouldn't want him DISPLEASED with me! )

No doubt he would. The only time you got a good glimpse of the holster he used was in Sudden Impact while he was target shooting with the "automag". I used that same holster for years since it was just about the only shoulder rig you could get for an 8" 29. Uncomfortable, no ammo pouch, no tie downs, no safety strap and made of very hard leather. It strapped on with an elastic strap that went all the way around your back and hooked around the other arm. JUNK!!!
