Just a little dead cow that I've picked up along the way.

The carved speed rig is for a 3 1/2" Model 27. Too bad I don't have a pistol to put in it! Hey Matt, you want to get rig of the nickeled one you mentioned?

This is the classic spring-loaded upside-down j-frame rig that Bianchi and Safariland went on to copy. It is not in as good of shape as the speed rig. Rusty Sherrick makes a great version of this rig.

I'm teasing the new Centennial again!

Enjoy,

well this post made 2 Matts happy, my dad carried a N Frame (pre mod 27) Smith in a "split" Burns/Martin rig like the top holster (without the floral carving). Had a matching cartridge loop belt.

I also had a Burns/Martin J frame shoulder rig like the one pictured, wound up giving it to a fellow board member here as a gift to his Dad (a retired LEO that was searching for that exact rig).

The Burns/Martin leather had somewhat of a "cult" like following in Mississippi... you didnt really want to go saying "Bianchi" too loud in some circles
