Mike Meredith makes the worlds best pocket holsters in my opinion. Here is one for a Smith Bodyguard designed for cargo shorts. The design is elegant and keeps the gun from tipping in the square pocket.

The PCS pocket holsters are exceptional, no doubt. Since 2003 I have been using a Pocket Speed Scabbard for my J-frames when I’m not able to wear an ankle rig and it's still my favorite pocket holster for that gun. The holster is a straightforward design that's quality through and through... simple, clean, and unobtrusive just like a pocket rig should be.
