Hey Rob:
While I sure appreciate getting credit for helping, it's only been a few suggestions. You are steadily improving your work though and I think your next step should be using better leather. You TOO could end up with sore old hands......right John :D

Thanks Matt, but I am using Herman Oaks - is there something better? Maybe its just my sloppy work. Tell me what your seeing that makes you think the leather is not good quality?

Could it be that its too wet when I am molding? I have found that the hardest thing to get right by far.

My only critisizms are (and don't take it the wrong way, it's better as is than I could do), use a darker thread, and "hide" your snap anchor.

Hey Rob:
I was referring to the puckering or wrinkles in the leather. I thought maybe you were using a part of the side that wrinkled too easily. Nothing at all wrong with Hermann Oak but you're not able to use all of any tannery's side or back if you want to make a "purdy" holster. Are you getting sides, shoulders or backs?

Acctually, I am getting bends. Is pucking the wrinkles? I was wondering how to avoid that myself?

Hey Rob:
I didn't think HO offers bends. When did they start that?

Maybe just shoot me an email on how you might resolve the pucker issue.

Rob,
Coming along nicely. That "first edition" you gave me is holding up quite well and gets used brother. When you're famous I may have to put that one on EBAY!
