Nice words about his leather in the latest American Handgunner.

Well deserved, too. I know because I wear it. Daily.

Hello. Mr. Alessi is a fine craftsman and a fine gentleman and I'm most pleased about the article.

Gentlemen of his caliber are all too few.

Best.

Who's uncle Lou? That italian guy that's hard to get along with?

Sorry Lou, I just couldn't help myself!

I am a FNG. However, I've learned alot over the last year or so from Mr. C.T. Brian. One thing he taught me was to carry a 1911. The second thing he taught me was to carry that 1911 in a Lou Alessi holster.

Now I own two Alessi holsters, an IWB and a CQC-S. I LOVE my Alessi leather. Also, in dealing with Lou, a true gentleman. I asked numerous questions and he answered them in a timely and gentlemanly manner.
Hats off to ya Lou.

As for C.T. Brian, I was able to hold, touch, feel, fondle a "rough stage" Sidewinder today. Unreal! I fell in love immediately. Too bad he wouldn't take my wife for trade or I'd own one of those today. Also another Magician in the business.

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to all of you. Thanks for the opportunity to share.

Love to hear those stories. Lou's stuff speaks for itself. And the advice to carry a 1911 is solid...but who in the hell is C.T Brian?

I don't disagree about Alessi leather being great stuff, but I still say one underappreciated aspect of it is how great it smells when it's new!

Welcome, Red. Glad to see you found us.

Ok, here's the deal. I won't let your lovely bride know what you said, but next time we toss back a couple of brewskies you pick up the tab.

Lest anyone out there thinks that's a bit harsh and smacks of blackmail, let me tell you, Red's wife is one lovely lady, but can probably take him in a knock down drag out...........

Seriously, I'm only thinking of his best interest (hospital bills, rehabilitation, pain & suffering, humiliation etc).

Oh, and maybe a couple of free beers, but first and formost - his health and well being......

Yeah, that's it......

I don't know about the rest of you, but I've experienced C.T.s "blackmail" firsthand. He's good at what he does. And he doesn't build a half bad handgun either.

My wife may only carry a 9mm, but late one night (early one morning) I had it on the tip of my nose and her not quite awake yet. Kinda scary. Beautiful she is, but she's the only woman I know that got kicked out of a motorcycle gang for unnecessary roughness.

Merry Christmas Y'all.

Just got a CQC-S in the mail today and I'm impressed. It's the first, but not the last, piece of custom leather I have owned.
