Mr. Rebello,
Lou Alessi makes a gogeous (naturally) combination pouch in which I carry a spare 47D magazine and a Surefire 6P. Mine's in cordovan, to match my PCH. Never took a picture, and a little busy with Hurricane Wilma prep at the moment, but will get one up for you when I can.
Josh Bulman makes a similar combo -

Mark's stuff can be seen at:
http://garritysgunleather.com/BeltMagazinePouches.htm, and I think he's one of the most innovative makers in the business. After talking with him, I ordered my first (and probably last, at least for a while!) exotic material belt and rig from him. I will definitelly post some pictures of that, sporting my Ted Yost Commander, when it gets here!
One of these days, I'll get another combo pouch from one of these gentlemen, but for an E2E-style light (smaller diameter, less weight than the 6P). The current pouch is plenty comfortable as is (on an Alessi 1-1/4" brown shark belt), but every ounce counts when you pass the half-century mark!
I think we're positively blessed to have so many talented holster makers these days....
Best regards,
Buck Leahy
