Here is an "Uncle Lou" IWB that I made for myself (for once!) for my SIG P220. It has shark trim on the mouth and belt straps. I also put a suede backing on it, since I wanted to see if it worked better than the smooth backing that I usually do.

Enjoy!

Thanks for compliments!

Matt - that holster is the Prototype for the one I am going to make with the Elephant that you sold me. I think I have a good start, so I am going to cut leather after the first, and hope to have it finished for the SHOT Show.

Are you going to be able to make it this year?

Talk to you later,

John

Hey John:
I'm sure it'll be gorgeous! Man you're refining your products in leaps and bounds. Good for you!!

No we won't be able to make the SHOT Show this year. MAYBE next year. At the rate you're going, you should have your own booth by then.... :D

Uncle Lou, imitation is the highest form of flattery...
In this case I think you should be overwhelmed...

John, this is beautiful work. I am extremely impressed. I cant wait to see your pachyderm version.

Jim

Wow!

Matt, I can't tell you how great it is to hear a compliment like that, especially coming from someone with your reputation. I can honestly say that having people of such high caliber (all of those associated with LTW) giving me such great compliments is really inspiring.

I hope to be able to put out my Full Time Shingle within the next 2 years. Hopefully by then I will have a good customer base and a backlog (although I don't know if I want one quite as large as yours  ).

Take care, and hope to see you at SHOT 2007,

John

Hey John:
You're sure welcome but I just calls em like I sees em! Watch out for Garrity though! You might find him doin' the low crawl into your shop some night on a sabatoge mission. He did a lot of that SWAT sh$t so he's a real sneaky, well armed bastard

I added a pic of the finished set - I think it is going to look good with the elephant. I will probably go two tone though, with a chestnut brown base and the black elephant for the trim.
