I found this in the holster box at my dad's place. Looks really well made. Walther PPK/S 1971, Tampa Fla.

Sullivan's is still around and making holsters here in the Tampa area. The son has taken over the helm from what I understand. They do a lot of the knife sheaths for the Randall knives, as well as a lot of work for the local law enforcement. A google search should bring up their contact info if you were interested in that regard.
