I thought someone out there made a six mag ammo carrier for comp/defence?Was I seeing things?I thought it was called a six pack or something similar.

Milt Sparks used to make a pouch called the Six Pack. It carried six 1911* magazines stacked side-by-side.
I don't think they've made them in a while, but could be wrong. It can't hurt to ask them, I guess.
I did see one for sale on eBay a year or two ago, and I don't recall the exact figure it went for, but I was surprised at how much it was (maybe around $100?).

*- At least, 1911 mags are all I've seen them made for.

I have picked up two of them, like new condition, on ebay.

It is my understanding that Tony Canaly at Milt Sparks will still make them, even if they are not shown on the website.

I sold mine on eBay a while back(maybe you got it OL?). They are great for field/range use but require a STURDY belt.
