Has anyone heard from Mark lately? I have sent several e-mails trying to confirm he received changes I wanted made to an order but have received zero response. I know he is very busy and don't want to bug him but he had informed me that my order was very close to being made and I just want confirmation he had received the changes. Thanks!

Last time I talked to Mark he said his chief is making him work mandatory OT since the dept is so short handed.

I would call and leave him a message just to be sure he got your changes.
