I received my Talon Plus in the mail a couple of days ago, after sending it back to have the clip replaced. In my haste to send it in, I didn't even send some dough along to cover the mailing costs, but I still had it back very quick. I would have thanked Lou sooner, but my computer has been at Best Buy for servicing for a week-aaaaarrghh!

I'm sending a token of my appreciation your way Lou, because A. Your service is every bit as good as the wonderful rigs you produce (and as a customer, I sure appreciate it), and B. Although I've lived in Texas for 25 years, I grew up in Buffalo, and am glad to see that that city has someone nationally renowned in their field to be proud of!
