Just received a rig from the "new" Alessi. It's a CQC/S for my HK P7s and Lou would be proud! Missing a few touches that Luigi was known for, mainly the molding/boning is not what we were used to but overall there doing a fantastic job. Coloring is great, stitching is top notch and fit/retention are excellent. I'll be buying from them again! One thing I'll add is that they went back to the "old style" of double mag pouches that have one large flap fitting up to 1.75 belts attached by a single snap vs the newer style Lou did that had dual loops for the correct belt size. Not sure if I like that but Lou had told me the "new style" was a real pain to make.

How about a pic? I'm dying to see what they look like.

Torrejon..I know I spoke to Tom at Alessi awhile back, and he said that he was aware of these fitting problems, and that he was hoping to continue to work on his technique as time goes on, but Uncle Lou had of course perfected the hand boning over many years. Hopefully a feature to look forward to again in the near future, Tom seems like a great guy, and along with Lou's family seem to be determined to continue the legacy regardless!!--John

Just got some Talon Holsters from Tom and his daughter. I think they look as good as Lou's which I'm sure he would want. I met Lou at the Ohio Gun Collector Shows in Columbus several decades ago. He was first class all the way.

Awesome to hear. Definitely post up a pic when you get a chance!

I got a Talon made a few months after Lou passed. Overall quality and fit was excellent.
