I have seen the partial tongue buckles on a few makers sites and was wondering what, if any, experience people out there have had with them.
I like the simplicity of it but does the belt have to be way snugged up for them to work without popping off.

thanks,
Keith

I know of a few guys that use them on the Liger Belts, and have not heard of any complaints. I am sure that it could come unbuckled if the belt was very loose though.

They work just fine. Since they work the same way a western or trophy type buckle does, you don't bend back the belt to buckle them like you do with a regular buckle. As a result, the belt doesn't show wear as fast.

I have a couple like this that Lou Alessi did for me and love them. As stated, the belt does not show as much wear and unless very loose it's not coming unbuckled.

Gentlemen... do you know of any other makers currently offering these type buckles or where they could be ordered from? Silver color specifically.

I love the KL Null design - but the silver $225 is a bit out of my belt budget. :D
