Looks good. How about a little holster tech, if you can, without giving any secrets away. like:

How do you get the leather to stay "stiff", why doesn't it just go all floppy-like-gloves on us? It's like your holsters have been infused with something.

The stiffness comes from good leather...and taking it from a spot on the hide that is suitable. The finish coat of acrylic helps some, but soft, crappy leather will never make a decent holster. Of course, if you want a nice soft satchel or tool bag you would probably want a nice, oiled leather.

Glove leather is usually from a different tanning process, which makes much softer leather. Oiled leathers that are worked to soften the fibers will have a somewhat similar feel. Holster leather is worked as little as possible to avoid breaking down the fibers, which would cause the holster to lose retention prematurely.
