Looking over some of the past post i can see some really nice customs pistols and rifles in here. i have yet to get my 1911 project started ( on a wait list) and i already can see i must have the big Louie package applied to my Marlin 1895GS in 45-70. I will have to put in some OT but it will be $ well spent.

Looking forward to getting my 1911 started over at Yost-Bonitz in the next few months. Still waiting for my damascus slide to come in anyway.

Andy

Looking through some of the old posts and pics has really got me pumped about my first custom 1911.

I can tell you that the sooner you get in line the faster you get your pistol back.

I have two in the queue as we speak. Its seems like a long time already -- but that's just because I know I'm going to love that carry pair when they finally come back. The Yo-Bo queue is a lot shorter than many others, and the quality of their work is every bit as good.

I feel your pain. My 1st truly custom gun is at Yo Bo now. I was quoted a 4 month wait time. 4 Months 4 years it is all the same when you are waiting for something like this.

I think mine frames been there 2 or 3 months already. I am waiting for the slide from caspian and by that time i should be close to my turn. I am really looking forward to it.

You can't rush perfection. The wait isn't so bad because I know it will be done right. It's the anticipation that will get you.

There are times when I'm glad to know I'm not the only one sitting here, being pumped. Not that I /like/ waiting, but sometimes you just have to in order to get the job done right...
