In my short time on this forum I feel I have become part of a bigger picture. I have done a lot in my life and been through enough to last the rest of it. Since finding LTW my life has taken a different direction. GIVING is one thing, GIVING BACK is another! Too many just give, say once a year to a charity just to make themselves feel good. Giving Back is taking the concept to a much higher level. It is giving selflessly when needed, where needed. As a matter of fact, it is just plain giving. The LTW crew has taught me the difference between the two and I believe in giving back!
Thank you for a wonderful forum and a new outlook on life.

As we've discussed, this place means a lot to me as well. I suppose the thing that is so rewarding is that when we work together, the gifts we're able to give seem so mich BIGGER!

As an example, The two guns that you and Jim so unselfishly donated to benefit the Kamp for Kids just passed $8000 in sales of tickets. TNKFK takes nothing away from this number, so all this money goes to the kids that attend the Kamp. This is huge, and it clearly demonstrates the principle of strength in numbers.

Its a collaboration between all of us. It should be a collaboraiton between ALL HUMAN BEINGS! The world would certainly be a better place. I've said it before and I will say it again, my part in this was a very small one. I sent a gun. Thats it. A decision was made the same way as if I wrote a check to TNKFK. The only difference is the check I could afford would pale in comparison to the gun that was already paid for. So, I could send three or four kids to camp or help build a camp. I think it was a no brainer, don't you?
I also told you I wanted others to step up and make a difference also. Before I knew it, Jim Keeney did. I hope he won't be the last. We hold the power to effect change within us and all of us here can lead the way and set the shining example for others to follow.
