I dont know if this is posted in the right place. A mod can move it if necessary. Tuesday night, my apartment was broken into. Among the stolen items, were my Kimber and H&K

I guess thats all there is to say. I feel violated and hurt.
Especially for my Kimber. She was my pride and joy. The first handgun I ever got. Bought by my friends and girlfriend on my 21st birthday.
It makes me sick to my stomach! And, now I am gunless! In college, and all, it's going to be a while before I can get around to buying more.

I have learned a valuable lesson. No matter how far you try to secure your property, if someone truly wants it, they will get it!

Next time? A safe so heavy they will need a forklift if they want to take it..

I had most of my stuff stolen when I moved into my new house. Fortunately for me my guns were in a $100.00 Homak safe behind a door and they did not see it, but it opened my eyes.

I bought a 25 gun safe for $600.00 (less than 1/2 of any single pistol I own) and it would take 2 grown men with tools to slide it out of my house to get my collection now.

Buy a safe ASAP! But you know that now.

That really stinks, sorry to hear it. Sounds dumb, but it's hard to believe people can be so rotten.

Never underestimate the value of a good high quality safe.
