No problem...us "semi-retired" officers like to run down a lead or two every so often, keep the juices flowing and all!! I also remembered after I started searching for him, about the articles on his Makarov's and began lusting for one back then.. You might check a few of the smiths on here.....I once saw a BEAUTIFUL job that was done on an East German one by one of our biggies, but since he no longer does work on those I will respect his wishes and will not "out" him. ). You might consider giving Dave Sams a call here in Virginia, he is listed quite a few times on the forum if you look. He was lead armororer for the AMU and does excellent work on just about anything, as long as the weapon and modifications are safe. Best regards--John
