I really hate to hear this, I always enjoyed reading his posts here and on his own site as well. It pleased me tremendously to see that he had posted only a week or so ago on the thread here about Hi Powers, and I thought it was nice to see him in here again. RIP to another great lawman gone!--JRM

One of my best friends told me about this tonight.....I can't believe I had somehow missed this.

I had just had a great conversation with him just a few months ago.

What an AWESOME guy!!!!! I am saddened that I will never get to know him better.
