Hi all.. I've been a member for quite some time now. I was planning a custom build years ago and life got in the way. I'm now ready and have my deposit in and am moving forward with it finally!! :)
Glad to see the site is going now and hope it builds!
I wondered if any or all of you would be at SHOT show coming up. If so, What booth? I'd be interested in saying hello!!

LTW has been there for the last 7-8 years straight but as an organization we're taking this year off... sorry about that. I imagine a few of us will be there individually (I won't), and I'm pretty sure John will have a VZ Grips display.... Stan might have an Asym booth.... but I have not heard.

I was hoping to get to shot this year but couldn't make it happen. Now I don't feel so bad missing it. The main reason I wanted to go was to meet all the fine smiths on this site. And see the finest 1911s anywhere. Maybe next year.

Missed seeing the LTW booth at SHOT this year (since they didn't have one). :(

I'm not very good at chatting folks up during the year, so seeing Ted, Ned, John and everyone in the booth is my only way to stay in touch other than here on the site.

long time lurker, first time poster

Love this site, LTW is responsible for turning me into a 1911 aficionado, thank you.

I see that LTW has taken the year off from the SHOT Show, does that mean that LTW #11 has been shelved for the year as well?
