Ned, I just simply have no idea how you do it. You not only have the machining talent (obviously), but the "artistic vision" that makes your work totally definable from anyone else's. Bravo buddy.

Thanks guys. No shrine in my shop, although I guess in a way you could say the shop itself is a shrine to JMB and guys like Austin Behlert.

Gary, no idea what you're talking about. The Michiguns complex comprises acres of neat brick buildings filled with everything from a state of the art electro-slag-remelt foundry to hundreds of CNC's to a fully staffed R&D lab, to a final assembly clean room filled with kindly, bespectacled gentlmen in white aprons who skillfully fit the guns.

Not to mention our Florida properties, some of which I could sell you cheap....

Ned you're unbelievable, all I can say is that gun actually brought a tear to my eye. 9'X14' shop, what the heck, you'd almost have to be using a "Smithy", which I'd find hard to believe. I thought my shop was small!! I aspire to be 1/2 as good as you some day.

I didn't want to gratuitously bring this one back, but I have been meaning to say to Tim, especially, that is greatly appreciated since your work has definitely been an influence on my work. A compliment from you means a lot, Maestro!

STUNNING NEDLY!!! As in,

Far out.
Outa sight.
Outa the ballpark.
Outa this world!

Never ceases to amaze, what comes out of the Christiansen/Michiguns world class military/industrial/research lab complex!

Hardly necessary to add yet another kudo... but your work is phenomenal Ned.

And guys, Ned's got some more really cool design innovations up his sleeve. I got a sneak peek at something which he will probably show before too long... more great creativity as you would expect from Ned.
