The finish is NP3 by Robar. It is electroless nickel impregnated with Teflon.

I have a few guns plated with both--Np3 is a Nickel/teflon plating that is super slick and extremely rust resistant. It is easy to clean and verges on being self-lubricating. The only downside for me is its cost. It is almost double the price of chrome.
