I have Heinie Slant Pros on the rear of my Colt Series 70. I have a tritium insert in my MGW front sight. I was looking to inquire if there are any options in changing out my Heinie's to accomplish a 3-dot sight picture. From my research the dove tail cut on the rear of my slide is unique to Heinie and may limit my ability change it out to another sight. I understand Heinie is coming out with a rear sight with dots but I cannot confirm when. Just looking for insight and feedback. Thanks in advance.

It will be shortly after the first of the year per Sara at Heinie for the Heinie cut (3-dot) to come out.

Do you really prefer a three-dot pattern to the "Straight 8" pattern?
