OK, this is really more about a "Production" gun, but dang it, it's the one my Danish cousin Jess Christensen took Second Place with in Production Class with at the Bianchi Cup this year. Missed first by a really skinny 11 points-- Dave Sevigny wedged Jess out with a 1806-101X vs/ Jess's 1795-111X.
Dang good shooting from a guy who grew up where owning a gun earned you a special title....... "suspect". Don't let that happen here...... only costs ya $35/year to join the NRA.
When I met Jess in '91 and he was still living in Denmark, he was an NRA member...... more, unfortunately, than can be said even now of a great number of American gun owners who are not paying attention to all the politicians looking to give
them a special title.
Good shooting cuz, I'm very proud to be able to say, "Hey, I know that guy!"
See the article and results in the Oct. 09 American Rifleman..... one of the best gun magazines going, with quality, BS-less, technically correct articles and hey, comes free with NRA membership..... get on it.
