Chuck... I'm truly amazed at the perfection in your work on this Springfield... it's a very inspiring piece for sure. The precision of the fitting, contouring, beveling, etc. and the quality of the finish is really remarkable.

If only my MilSpec could look like that, heck I would let him loose on My TRP... There are certain shapes that just appeal to men, a classic Ferrari, the curve of shapley woman, a Randall Model 1, and the 1911.

Oh by the way I do have a degree in Behavioural Psychology, but instead of growing up to listen to problems I preffered to jump out of airplanes and play with guns. I think we are the normal ones, I mean doesn't everyone on this board daily clear the magazine, and rack their slides, catch the flying round, sight down the barrel, smile and dry fire, then reload, and place it back inside the vault. Shouldn't mens cologne come in CLP and remoil flavors? Guns are tools, the vault, cabinet, case, is our tool box, you have to have different screwdrivers and wrenches, therefore , you need a full size, a compact, a long slide, a carry , a national match, a railgun, a smooth one, one with pretty grips and any one that just catches your eye. My logic is solid. So at least I tell my wife.

What say ye all?

HA
!!!!!!!

I knew it ,

I am not alone. There is something nifty about the smell of burnt powder, clp and bore cleaner.

I think I like Kydex fumes too ......... maybe I need more ventilation.

Absolutely a beautiful piece of masterful pistol work. Very impressive. New to the site, but not to 1911's and those are incredible.
