I was thinking about a series of pistols with limited availabilty that the LTW smiths could make.

What if the smiths sold a psuedo LTW project that was a joint collaboration?

For example: put Ted's gold line sight on it or Tim could make up some of the bar-dot-bar sight. Ned's conamyds on the frame and mainspring (Ted's modified lanyard loop of course), Chuck could put Golfballs on the slide. Stan could put lightening cuts on the slide etc.

I am willing to bet that you could sell over 50 of them.

Maybe Caspian would make a special run of aluminum frame for this project? 8)

I would be willing to get in trouble with my wife for one of these.

I am sure many of us are jealous of LTW#1's winner.

Safe to say we're wishing we had won. I'm in that group.

these can be bought in CA. Otherwise, it'll be considered discrimination and we'll be forced to submitt a lawsuit!

He DID tell me that he'd just gotten back from Mexico, but he didn't mention that he'd went to Tijuana.

Putting two plus two together now though, I guess I can understand.

Kept refering to himself as 'El Gordo Gato'.............

I had a TJPD Officer asking us about what kind of pistolas we were carrying. In my poor translation, telling him when in the states we carried 1911 style .45's he looked at me with a sh$t eaten grin, pointed at his holster and said "Treinta y Ocho Especial" He pulled it off like he was Tijuana's version of John Wayne...we laughed like hell.

Then one of my guys said "uno mas Dos Equis por favor" Everyone had an idea what that meant.

Our John Wayne would never carry a .38!

Hope you made him buy the next round!
