Often times conversations in the shop often revolve around what might look good on the next gun, or this gun, or whatever. What Ted keeps coming up with is a classic recipe, something that will stand the test of time....A hand made classic Colt Government Model.

The other conversation usually revolves around "when are we going to have enough time to do that?" We don't, but you just have to make or create time. My wife knows why I am not at home, Ted's wants to know why he is home. The idea of someone pouring over something with their skill, time, and patience still creates the best results in my opinion. Something like this.

Nitre blued pins and screws. The blue is really brilliant in this screw.

Classic. No one does the high-cut on the front strap quite so nicely.

Hmmm, delicious

I dig the slide release treatment, it makes the pistol unique.

Great job Ted!

I can't really see the pics too clearly, they are kinda blurry. Please send pistol to me right away so that I can get a clear view

Man, these pictures are borderline pornographic! (..to a gun "nut" atleast..)

All I can say is that is a VERY nice looking pistol. Thank you for letting us have a look.
