I know Yost-Bonitz has the best most popular and famous 1* guns out there. However, I have seen a few older 1* guns lately done by some other smiths. Does anyone know who else has ever done any 1* guns in the past? Thanks.

I had a Novak Hi-Power that was stamped 1*. I wish I had it back.

Just for the record, nobody, and I mean nobody does a better 1* pistol than Colton Bagnoli of Yost-Bonitz.... :P 8) :P Then again I might be a little biased. However, he is a friend and a great smith.

When one sends a gun to Yost-Bonitz for the 1* package, can he request that a certain smith do the work, like, say, Colton Bagnoli? How does that work?
