Hello - First time poster here...

I have a Wilson Combat Professional w/WC Combat Pyramids w/Tritium Inserts.

I do not like these sights.

I would like to have plain rear w/ tritium front post.

What are my options?

Give us a more specific idea of "plain" rear. I assume you mean no inserts. Call Wilson and get a pyramid rear without inserts. Unless it is the sight you don't like. I actually like that rear sight.

The cut in your slide for the WC rear sight will theoretically and probably accept a Heinie or Novak. I'm with Steve though, I like the WC sights too, and I think they are underrated.

I called Wilson Combat to see if they had a Plain Black Rear - They said no.

So - I called Novaks. They said the Novak rear would work, but would have to make a front sight.

They now have my pistol enroute.

1795 for pistol; 75 for Alumagrips (Slim-Line); and ??? for Novaks.

I'm into this thing deep now.

What else to make this thing my carry from now-on?

Sorry to say that whoever at WC answered your quetsion must not have understood it-- for sure they have their sights with no inserts. You must have been asking, or they understood you to be asking, for a non-Wilson sight.

Anyhoo-- the Novaks are fine too, so the only downside here is whatever the cost is. I'd think that the best place to get Novaks would be Novaks, so I'm sure you'll be good with what they do for you.
