I have a Les Baer with a Novak knock-off sight. I don't like all the different surfaces on the sight and prefer the sight-picture of Heine slant pros or Bo-Mar. Do any of you have a recommendation for a sight replacement that will fit the Baer/Novak cut? Have any of you tried the STI sight made to fit the Novak cut? http://www.midwayusa.com/eproductpage.e ... mid=972429

Thank you.

Heinie makes a sight for the Novak cut. I actually prefer it to their standard Heinie cut, although the YoBo Heinie setup is my all time favorite.

Does that sentence seem as confusing to you as it does to me?

I have the Yo-Bo professional rear sight on my Baer Concept VII. Great combination.

John Harrison at Precision Gunworks just showed me this sight yesterday. Novak profile with a Heinie sight picture. Made by Scott Mulkerin at SDM Fabricating. A very nice setup in my opinion.

Another option is the Wilson Combat rear sight.

I have the SDM sights with the gold bead on my daily carry which is a TRS. Fast to pick up, excellant sight picture and dead bang on. Professional installation by Scott and a pleasure to do business with. Extremely well pleased. mdbrowne

Thank you all for the ideas and responses. We're blessed with lots of choices and the craftsmen who make it all come together.
