Can anyone point me to pics of 1911 slides than have been cut to mimic the BHP?

Ok, so now that I have several pics under my belt and know what kind of look that I am after, here is the next question. What would you consider to be the maximum amount that could be milled off of the slide to do the BHP cuts and not have it be too thin? How much would it be on the right hand side before you started to be in trouble with the barrel bushing groove cut being too close to the outer surface? Does not look more than .020 to .040, but that is just me guessing with calipers and slide in hand, looking at the pics here. I guess another option would be to tig the barrel bushing groove shut and use a bull barrel?

No freebies huh? :D If it is possible to get the information off line or in a PM, I would appreciate it.

And I understand that this is really asking for a favor, so I would not be too disappointed to not get advise for "free".

Just read the guidelines about the LTW board. My apologies to all. I did not realize that there was a guideline about no how-tos. I totally understand and withdraw my request. Sorry about that.
