im looking for pictures of the following:

fullsize frame that has french border cuts w/out front cocking serrations

vs

anything would help, I've only seen the pictures on Mr. Harrison's site, just need some more examples.

Chucks Rogers has pictures of several w/ FCS on his website. Look around and I'm sure you'll find some w/o also.

Here's a Commander slide w/ French borders and no FCS, and a Government slide with both. They are done by different pistolsmiths, so each style is a little different.

Alex, Your commander is still my all time favorite. I thought this the first time I saw it and if anything I like it better today. I guess you could say it has withstood the test of time for me. IMO a real testament to a clean and very classy 1911. You and John done good. So good my guns and money are finding their way to Georgia as we speak.
