Here are some crappy photos of one of my Norinco pistols. As you can see from the original pictures, the gun was well used and in need of some cleaning up.

I sent the pistol to Virgil last month and asked him to give the pistol a good dehorning. He beleved all the sharp edges nicely and rounded off the tang of the grip safety. He also bobbed the hammer and replaced the guts with good parts. He recut the feed ramp and flared the ejection port. The gun is topped off with a Yost retro rear sight and a dovetailed front. The mag well was cut into the mainspring housing to make the well as large as possible.

Virgil's a very good machinist and his turn-around time is fantastic. This turned out so well that I'm thinking of sending him another to make into a MEUSOC clone.

Virgil is a Top Notch Pistol Smith and a Gentleman. Truly one of the all around greats, IMHO.

Once I get some better lighting I'll take some better pictures. This pistol turned out well and will be a great blaster.

looks good....I'll have to give Virgil a try the next time I'm in the market....here's a Norinco I had cleaned up by 10 Ring Precision (Alex Hamilton)....Unfortunately the Millet dual crimp front sight needs to be repplaced as the tritium insert is practically dead

This is my $225.00 China Girl. Out the door at my favorite Pawnshop. A little tweak here and there, and I now have a pretty nice carry gun.

I think this will do the job.
