First thing I did after getting this gun in and shooting it, was to write to the gentleman who sold it to me and ask him how he could possibly sell this pistol. His answer was simple...I had two

I know its blasphemous not to post pictures right away, but I will put them up ASAP.

As soon as I got home, I called the Yost-Bonitz Shop and talked to Mr. Burton and simply told him to pass on the word to Mr. Yost that it is an amazing piece of artwork, blended with a undeniable style.

Another pistol that I have 'cheated death on', this makes 3 this year, my time is running out. This was originally owned by Scott Semmons who was lucky enough to grab one after Shot Show. Which is unique to me, alot of effort goes into these pistols that were displayed/prepared for the Shot Show. I have one of Ray Harms OACP that was at Scot, and you can feel/see the craftsmenship in these pistols.

Some Specs, take the SRT package and add the welded beavertail, trigger reset modification, C&S type II hammer, and Spegel Grips.

It seems loke a good year for you. Now which do you carry? I would have to carry the HP, of course Ray's OACP begs to be carried also...

How do you like the trigger reset mod?

Very nice pistol. Thinking about sending one to YB.

I fondled that gun quite a bit at the shop, just before it went to SHOT. It is even nicer in person. Someday, I want one just like it...

I love the trigger reset mod. I had it on both the gun above and my Yost SRT. While not as quick a reset as a 1911, it is dang close. After owning a BHP with the mod, when you shoot a stock BHP it is just horrible. I will not consider owning a BHP without the mod, it is that good. Here are some pics of my SRT that I decided to keep. The first are after a 3 day class.

As you can see, the gun got covered in dirt

I love this gun. It shoots just awesome! Very accurate and soft shooting. It is also 100% reliable. It makes for a great carry package - it carries easier than a 1911, which I also carry a lot. Ted Yost builds IMO one of the best, if not the best, Hi Power around. Sooner or later I want to get another SRT built up.

Holy Cra...p, that is just amazing to look at, and Im sure even better to shoot. The BHP I picked up a couple of months ago is still sitting in my safe. I know what I need to do with it now.

Matt
