I can't remember who this one goes to but they are going to be blown away. Between the LTW guns and our shop guns you can get a little numb looking at various pistols upon completion.

This one stopped me in my tracks. The fit and finish is superb and according to Burton it groups and shoots like a dream. The Caspian frame and slide are perfectly mated. Some modified YoBo double diamond stocks and you have a fine setup. You can't buy something like this off the rack.

Enjoy some Monday morning snaps.

What I really like about it is that it is plain.......yet it is not plain. What I mean is there are no slide top serrations or borders, etc like many very nice builds, yet the attention to detail is there. More and more this is the type of 1911 I prefer.

Now that's what I called a perfect pistol. Nice one Ted, I hope mine turns out half as nice as that.

Really nice blaster, Ted! :D It's got all the standard clean lines and smooth style that you expect from a gun from Ted.

Now, if Bailey could learn to snap a pic.....................

Good Grief, Dude! You've about got this camera thing figured out! :D

Nice photo work as usual, Steve. That gun looks better than in person

It is enjoyable from time to time to turn one out that's a little simpler. This piece really flows. Not too little, not too much - just a touch of the new YoBo feng shui

Come on guys, tell the truth. You all just sit there sippin' margueritas and eating bon bons during the day and at night the gunsmith elves appear and build these beautifull firearms!

Magnificent, but then again I wouldn't expect less.

just have one thing to say---

to whom it may concern---

BASTARD YOU STOLE MY GUN!!!!

actually Ted is the process of building me a very similar blaster--I can hardly wait. It is nice to get a preview---mine is still a few months off. Those guys do great work. Got an 1* elite a few weeks ago. have had multiple offers to buy it on the spot and a few threats about relieving me of my work of art.

have fun

Theo,

Clean, simple, & classic. I like it. Your 10s always shoot so nice.

That is awesome. I truly love to look at 10mm 1911s that Ted has built. You see so few 10mm compared to .45s and Ted sure does them up right.

I am currently working on a 10mm Caspian Commander in SS. If it is 10% as good as Ted's I'll be a happy camper.
