Found this slide on my bench today.
I'll look into the who/where of the gold inlay.
I kinda like it!

I don't usually go for that sort of thing, but yes, that is nice. Heck, I'd use it on an everyday gun.

Barry, ya, I'm with you. I usually don't go for such frill.
But this is nice.
I've been looking for some simple logo for my builds.
If anyone has an idea.....I'm all ears.
:D

That is really good work. At first glance it looks like an etch, but then the you can see that it is a true wire inlay.

Would make a nice retro

As far as your logo, I think a hand engraved "by Rogers" under the grip panel would suffice beautifully.

That is a nice-looking slide. I guess that stuff is all done by hand, right? I can sure appreciate the work that must go into it. The delineation, gold-to-steel, is so perfect.

But what's the deal on the MAC 10? Never saw one with a pistol grip that was anything more than a piece of rectangular tubing. This one's got grips? And then [MAC 10 basher] right after somebody threw the MAC 10 away, they accidentally threw away an Aimpoint and it landed right on top of the MAC 10? [/MAC 10 basher]

Hey, yust yokin'about the MAC, that's a real handful of fun, eh?

Chuck, I love ya like an older, smarter brother, but you'd better not be thinkin' about golfballin' for that one

That's just plain elegant. Notice how the engraver left you space to lower the port without cutting into his lines? That's forethought!

Good god I hope my father don't see that...he's gonna want one too.

That is beautiful. I have always had a passion for engraving and such.

Hats of to the people who did the gold.

Gorgeous.

Bob
