Hope I get these posted properly.
These are my two Bilby's.

The one is series 70 Govt done for a personal friend of Brians who is now one of the top instructors out there

The second is what I am told is the only .45 Pocket Rocket which Brian finished.

Hope you enjoy the trip down memory lane.
They are both great pieces of work and get regular use as carry guns.

Thanks for sharing the pics. I always love to see Brian's work. His 10mm Pocket Rocket got me thinking to the point where I have a box of parts to build my own Pocket Rocket in 10mm. I am also going to do one in 9x23 and one in .45 ACP. IIRC, Brian called the .45 Commander upper on an Officer lower the "Gladiator." I have some pics of that gun from Brent's old website. I never knew Brian but he obviously made a lasting impact in this community and a lot of friends too.

That Pocket Rocket/Gladiator/CCO is gorgeous. Is that an NP3 finish on the GM?

Very nice!
I love the CCO-package 1911s.
Did Brian sign/logo-stamp his guns in any way; or was there anything signature or trade-mark he did to distinguish his work??
Just curious, in the event one came across one for sale that the seller claimed was made by Bilby.

Brian did not have a stamp or anything.

A couple guns which I am told were completed by another well known pistolsmith of Brians were stamped with some sort of Bilby stamp but more of those are not 100% Brian Bilby guns (although I hear of two collectors that had that other pistolsmith stamp their Bilby 10 mm's)

I have everything the Pocket Rocket came with including the bill of sale and pen it was signed paid with (it was a ACP (Brians Company) pen)
