Some of those guns had MIM slide stops, hammer, mag catch, sears and disconnectors. It was up to who ordered the guns how they were equipped.

Wilson no longer uses any MIM in the CQB (but the price has gone up considerably since then too!)

In my experience, CQB's run pretty well out of the box and are adequately tight for a carry gun. They lack the refinements of a true custom pistol, but are usually good to go out of the box after a bit of break in.
